1 & 1/2 cups (120g) of oats
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup of almond milk
2 scoops (45-50g) of vanilla whey protein
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract & cinnamon


Step 1 – mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately – mix oats, baking powder, protein in one container and eggs, milk, and mashed bananas with vanilla extract in another Step 2 – pre-heat oven to 400F/202C and combine wet & dry ingredients to form a dough Step 3 – place dough in a 9×5 bread form that you spray with a non-stick cooking spray, cook for 35-40 minutes
