Leading a healthy lifestyle is something that you can carry with yourself wherever you go, especially when you realize how cheap, easy, and universal it is anywhere in the world. Chances are that you already have these three ingredients in your pantry and whipping this great colorful breakfast together is a matter of 5 minutes, tops! Oatmeal is simply a healthy, yummy, and super easy to do food that anyone who’s on the busy schedule but wants to stick to a healthy diet can utilize. Give it a go, you won’t regret!

60g of oatmeal
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)


Step 1 – bring 1 cup of water to a quick boil, once boiling, add oats and raspberries, stir for about 1.5 minutes for the oats to absorb the liquid and for the raspberries to soften up and “color” the oats, remove from heat Step 2 – place in a bowl, mix in protein powder, top with more fruit and enjoy
